Description/Notes:
LDraw is a rendering program for models built using the accompanying LEdit program. LEdit is the original tool for creating LEGO models in the LDraw format. Together these tools form the LDraw package, and can be used to create and draw LEGO models. Although originally written for DOS they will run under all version of Windows too. The LDraw download also includes the core of the parts library.
