Over the past weeks, the LDraw.org Bylaws Drafts have been posted and publicly discussed on LUGNET. There appear to be no lingering objections to the drafts in their current state. Therefore, I hereby call for a community vote to ratify these drafts as the official Bylaws of the LDraw Organization. Read on for more info.
In the ongoing effort to formalize LDraw.org into a democratic organization, draft documents for the organization Bylaws and Policies and Procedures have been posted for public discussion on LUGNET. The LUGNET thread can be found here.
