ColorManager

 
Description: ----fixes made for files and directories with spaces----

The primary feature of ColorManger is to limit the pallet of parts to only the parts that can be purchased from BrickLink in the color that is chosen. For example, if you choose Dark_Green, ColorManager can filter (reduce) your parts list to only those pieces that are available for sale in Dark_Green.

The secondary feature of ColorManger is to convert LDconfig.ldr into MLCAD.cfg. This will update the pallet of colors inside MLCAD to the latest official set of colors.

Please edit the config.txt file according to the software installation on your computer.

Peeron_to_MLCad

  
Description: Peeron_to_MLCad is useful to simplify the initial phase of implementation of existing Lego sets. It's possible to reduce drastically the time needed to select the parts and find the appropriate colors. The program converts
a web page with an inventory (downloaded from www.peeron.com) into a MLCad file. It generates a *.ldr file with the imported parts and a file with the missing parts. In addition it also generates parts in MLCad's "Favourites" folder with all the parts previously imported. The program suits the Microsoft Internet Explorer as well as Mozilla Firefox.

PathTruder

 
Description: PathTruder utility allows to create a surface by extrusion of a shape along a path. The path is defined as two sets of lines, provided to PathTruder as two LDraw files. The shape, also a set of lines, is the third required input file. Description: Intersector utility allows to cut a LDraw file along the intersection with another. Each set is provided to the utility as separate LDraw files. A third file containing the cutting result is created. All triangles, quads, lines and conditional lines in cut file are split where they meet triangles or quads of the cutter file. Note that intersection line is not calculated, you'll have to use Isecalc on the same input files to create it.

Dat2QP

  
Description: The purpose of Dat2QP tool is to allow recovering existing LDraw patterns to easily modify or complete them using Quad2Dat.

Description: Ytruder utility creates a sheet of triangle and quads from a set of lines. This is done by extrusion in the specified LDraw direction. Though somewhat similar to Coverer it has a few other possibilities, such as the capability to handle several distinct paths of lines at the same time. The set of lines is provided to the utility as a LDraw file. A second file containing the surface (and its fixed and conditional lines) is created.

PreL3P

  
Description: PreL3P can map LDraw color codes to other color codes and can replace color codes with exact 24-bit hexadecimal "extended color" representations. "Extended colors" are understood by some programs, such as L3P, but are not part of the official LDraw standard. PreL3P was originally conceived to circumvent L3P's limited knowledge of current colors, but other uses are possible.
