Description: L3P is a neat little utility that will produce a ready-to-render POV-file from any LDraw model using any part. L3P reads any DAT or MPD file, supports ROTATE etc. metacommands used by the minifig-modeller and produces POV-Ray 3.0/3.1 compatible input.

L3P Launcher for Mac OSX

  
Description: L3P Launcher is a GUI wrapper for L3P. I wrote it so that I didn't have to run L3P from the command line and look up all the flags. I also wanted it to quickly send it to POV-Ray, so that I can quickly see different changes.

L2P

  
Description: L2P is a converting utility to render LDraw Dat files with POV-Ray 3.0 or better. The parts are located in the LGEO package. Since each part is modelled in POV-Ray on its own, they are very precise and have smoothed edges and vertices, so you can see the connections between parts. Since this is a hard job to do, not all parts are currently available, but the results convince me to keep on modelling and trying to catch up.

Description: This include file contains macros that generate LDraw (Lego)
style roads that can be formed into various shapes. There are
macros for
- creating straight roads
- creating elliptical roads
- creating spiral roads
- creating spline-shaped roads
- creating straight roads that intersect at any angle

Also supported is super-elevation (banking) of the roads. This
can be enabled and disabled when calling the macro.
