URL for an image/file. Just the URL with no anchor tags
xx = Number for the image/file as listed in the entry submission/edit form

_ENTRY_FILE_URL_LIST_ - A list of all the file associated with the entry includes anchor tag and line breaks

For use in the MOTM main page and the current winners block:

For the purposes of the meta command parser, CURRENT mean the entry from the given category with the most recent win month to the current month

xx = The Category short name in all caps (e.g. MOTM, SOTM, etc..)
