Michael Lachmann has released MLCad 3.20

It contains a few new features as well as some bug fixes.

New features:
- Added mouse wheel support (Zooming = Wheel and
Moving = Middle button down while moving the mouse)
- Option for viewing the pane type and it's coordinate system

Change-Requests:
- Added hot keys for Grid fine (F11), medium (F10) and coarse (F9)
- Added parts report to *.csv text file with TAB's
- Added button in modify dialog for toggling order of primitive points

Bug-Fixes:
- Parts not moved in the position/rotation dialog
- Minifig legs rotation angles corrected

Improvements:
- Reworked the part scan to correctly identify new and modifed parts

Features removed or disabled:
- None

Known issues or bugs:
- Rotation point cannot be changed from within the 'Enter position/rotation'
dialog
- Rotation points cannot be copied (work-arround modify the file by hand)
- Select same color might also wrongly select comments or control statements
if color is black
- Copy buffer is deleted when a new project is created or loaded
- Part reports with sub-models are incorrect
- Color names cannot be translated
