The License

By submitting work ("the Work") to The LDraw Organization ("LDraw.org"), the submitter ("the Author"), agrees to release the Work under the Creative Commons Attribution License version 2.0 ("the CCAL").

The Author acknowledges that, provided LDraw.org follows the guidelines of the CCAL, the following rights are granted to LDraw.org via the CCAL:

• Non-revocable, no-cost, non-exclusive rights to distribute the Work in any form LDraw.org chooses
• The right to create derivative works of the Work

Responsibilities

The acceptable method of including attribution information in the Work will be provided by Ldraw.org. While it is The LDraw.org’s responsibility to maintain the correct attribution on all submitted works, it is the Author's responsibility to provide LDraw.org with the correct attribution information. LDraw.org will investigate and, if necessary, correct any attribution errors if notified by the Author or other persons.

Since it may become necessary for LDraw.org to contact the Author regarding the Work, it is the Author's responsibility to maintain an up to date method of contact with LDraw.org.

Changes to the License

If it becomes necessary to change the license under which the Work is released, LDraw.org will make all reasonable efforts to contact the author regarding the change. No change to the license will be made without the author's permission; however, distribution of the Work by LDraw.org may be discontinued or the method of distribution may be altered.
